Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute the SLA report to the Ohio Lottery.
• Create and manage logistical reporting for the Ohio jurisdiction.
• Coordinate Terminal Movement Schedule across Ohio regions.
• Review the call queue, provide late-call reports, and assist with escalations.
• Provide level one support for retailer issues and generate statistics.
• Assist field schedule management and proactive field program efforts.
• Collaborate with GRC/OH Lottery on information distribution and liaison tasks.
