Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Ability to assist in reading, writing, and math instruction.
• Strong communication with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of environments and instructional opportunities for diverse learners.
• Assist students with daily classroom lessons and routines.
• Help implement daily lesson plans and access to instructional material.
• Use positive affect and communication techniques sensitive to student needs.
• Administer tests, homework, and make‑up work to support progress.
• Monitor behavior and academic progress per IEPs.
