Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to be a para in secondary buildings.
• Must meet one of: 2 years college credits, a college degree, or pass required assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist special education teachers with students in Resource Room and related programs.
• Help implement IEPs and prepare lesson plans/materials.
• Assist in administering tests and tutoring students.
