• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Patient-and Family-Centered Practice knowledge in care.
• Cultural Awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication and delegation within the care team.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning and education.
• Medication administration and discharge planning knowledge.
• Understanding documentation and health information systems.
• BLS & ACLS certification; RN license in NJ.
