Job summary

Kennedy University Hospitals, Inc in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking acredentialed Registered Nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate with inter-professional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and strong communication; hospital setting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Patient- and Family-Centered Practice knowledge for care planning.
• Cultural awareness and ability to engage diverse patients and families.
• Effective communication skills and appropriate delegation within the care team.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
• Education of patients and designated care partners about condition and treatment.
• Medication administration and prescription knowledge for ongoing care.
• Discharge planning and arranging follow-up care.
• Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and clinical judgment.
• Documentation of health information in written or electronic form.
• BLS certification per American Heart Association.
• RN license active in the state of practice (PA).
