Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing school.
• BSN or higher strongly preferred within 3 years of hire.
• 1 year RN experience in acute care preferred.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients, families, and staff to deliver respectful, evidence-based care.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Uses information technology to communicate and monitor care outcomes.
