Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio; BLS certification required.
• BSN within 5 years of hire for most roles.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments using the Nursing Practice Model.
• Develop and revise multidisciplinary care plans with patient/family; use SBAR for handoffs.
• Delegate nursing actions and monitor care with accountability.
• Educate patients and families based on needs and plan of care.
• Respond to emergencies with prompt, precise action.
• Document nursing care accurately in the EMR per hospital policy.
• Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safety and infection prevention standards.
