Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Hospital Float Pool (Days) with compensation differential and up to a $15,000 bonus for qualified RNs.

As a Resource Pool RN you will be assigned to various units within your scope of competencies, perform medication administration, admissions, rounds checks, and communicate with families. This role offers growth and leadership opportunities across multiple specialties.

Formación

• RN degree required.
• At least 18 months of recent hospital-based bedside Registered Nurse experience in Med/Surg, IMCU/Stepdown, ICU, or ED.
• Valid RN license to practice in VA.

Responsabilidades

• Assess/admit patients and perform rounds checks.
• Administer medications and communicate with family members.
• Provide overall patient care and work as part of a high-functioning team.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
