ICF is seeking a Resource Planning Lead to support federal, state, and local government entities contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, communications, economics, planning, environmental studies, management, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience including organizational and project coordination skills.

ICF is seeking Resource Planning Lead to support federal, state, and local government entities contingent upon contract award. The successful candidate will support the management, coordination, and growth of a network of internal and external partners that provide technical, advisory, and implementation services across a variety of energy, infrastructure, sustainability, and government programs.

The analyst will assist with partner engagement, capability tracking, resource planning, onboarding activities, reporting, and business operations support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, collaborative, and interested in supporting complex projects through effective partner and workforce coordination.

This position may be remote or based in our Reston, VA headquarters office in a hybrid work environment. Candidates must be willing to work across CONUS time zones to accommodate client meetings preferences and requests.

What will you be doing . . .

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, communications, economics, planning, environmental studies, management, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience including organizational and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in similar fields.
• Experience supporting consulting, government, energy, infrastructure, or sustainability programs.
• Experience with partner management, vendor management, recruiting support, workforce planning, or business operations.
• Experience using databases, CRM systems, reporting tools, or dashboards.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, Power Platform, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting proposal, project, or program management activities.

Pay Range

There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$67,355.00 - $138,549.00
