Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or international equivalent; 1–2 yrs experience for Level I, or 2–5 yrs for Level II
• Experience in HR processes and talent acquisition is preferred
• Proficiency with Bechtel systems and tools is desirable

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of staffing practices and resource planning processes
• Draft reports for functional managers to inform staffing decisions
• Monitor staffing performance and identify resource gaps
• Load staffing plans into corporate resource planning tools
• Collaborate with project leadership and HR to maintain data quality
• Provide guidance on resource planning and dashboards to managers
• Support process improvements and requisition/candidate processing
