Job Title: Resource Manager - Fuel Hardware

Position Overview: As a Resource Manager, you will identify and promote opportunities for positive change within the Fuel Hardware group. You will report to the Director of Fuel Hardware Engineering Solutions. This is a hybrid role located in Cranberry Township, PA. No relocation or sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify opportunities for positive change.
2. Provide an integrated resource plan for engineering personnel and serve as the US PWR primary contact for the SIOP team.
3. Ensure the use of adequately trained project managers and reload project engineers to implement standard projects.
4. Develop integrated plans across programs and projects; implement cost efficiencies through sourcing and logistics practices.
5. Manage project budgets, invoices, and report on financial performance and forecasts.
6. Establish and maintain business relationships with engineering organizations to support revenue projects.
7. Implement personnel performance improvement and skills development processes.
8. Coordinate organizational project management procedures and liaise with Project Management Organization and Global Shared Services.
9. Arrange and oversee project reviews for the FH&ES product portfolio.
10. Support organizational audits as a FH&ES representative.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of applicable experience; 10-15 years preferred in an engineering environment.
• Working knowledge of nuclear fuel engineering services, safety analysis, and technology business.
• Understanding of business and financial management processes, including balance sheet and cash flow management.
• Project management and reload project management qualifications.
