Job summary

Foth is seeking a Resource Operations Manager based in Des Moines or Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to lead the development and engagement of roughly 50 team members and align talent with project needs. You will partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure our clients are supported by the right resources and strong workforce planning.

Travel of 25-50% is required as you collaborate across locations, coach staff, and shape workforce effectiveness while upholding Foth's values of

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coaching employees in a resource planning context.
• Ability to influence decisions in a matrixed org while building trusted relationships.
• Experience providing feedback, resolving conflicts, and handling confidential information.
• Experience collaborating with project, technical, recruiting, and HR teams.
• Willingness to work from Des Moines or Cedar Rapids and travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and engagement for ~50 team members.
• Provide performance coaching, development, recognition, and succession planning.
• Manage communications and team-building activities to foster culture.
• Identify workforce needs with PMs and Technical Leads.
• Participate in resource leadership and client project meetings.
• Collaborate with recruiting to interview and develop offers.
• Lead new-member integration including access to tools and training.
• Administer compensation and bonus programs.
• Model Foth values through ethical, safe, accountable leadership.
