Qualifications

• Current RN license in Texas or ability to transfer.
• Graduate from an approved nursing program; NCLEX-RN first attempt required for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team.
• Perform clinical procedures and document in EMR.
• Administer medications and ensure safety and accuracy of medication records.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians, PMs, and correctional staff.
