Southcoast Health is seeking an experienced RN-Resource Nurse for the Family Center at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA. This 32-hour night position includes every other weekend and holiday rotations, with a shift from 11:15pm to 7:15am.

A $4,000 new hire incentive is offered for eligible applicants. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical and non-clinical care activities, staff guidance, and orientation for new team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staff assignments and staffing levels under supervision of Director/Manager/Designee.
• Provide guidance and coordinate orientation for all new staff members.
