Texas Department of Transportation seeks a budget professional to monitor and analyze budget activities, forecast resources, and generate reports for administrative planning. You will interact with governmental officials and set your own work plan to meet objectives.

Responsibilities include reconciling databases, developing FHWA Tableau reports, and managing project closeouts in PeopleSoft, while ensuring accuracy in financial analyses and records.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; experience may substitute for degree.
• 3 years budget analysis and forecasting experience; graduate education may substitute for experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead rail grade crossing reconciliations between databases.
• Assist with development of FHWA Tableau reports.
• Finalize quarterly budget submission to Finance.
• Manage FHWA inactive list and close out projects in PeopleSoft.
• Oversee replanking program scope, tracking, and closeouts.
• Oversee railroad signal maintenance payment program.
