The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Library Science, 2+ years law-firm library experience, and advanced skills in Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg Law, PACER, and related databases. You will train staff, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge‑innovation initiatives across Library Services.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Library or Information Science required (ALA-accredited).
  • 2+ years of professional law firm library work preferred.
  • Proficient in legal and business research databases (Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg).
  • Experience with AI-enabled research tools and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers legal/business research with minimal supervision using advanced platforms and AI tools.
  • Produces clear, actionable insights with well‑organized deliverables and professional formats.
  • Trains attorneys and staff on research resources and responsible use of AI.
  • Partners across teams to deliver institution-wide research solutions.
