Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a collaborative Research Librarian to join our Research Services team in a fast-paced, centralized environment. You will transform complex legal and business research into clear, actionable insights for attorneys and professionals across offices.

You will leverage AI tools, contribute to library resources initiatives, and train staff on research resources while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Library or Information Science from an ALA-accredited program.
• Minimum two years of professional law firm library experience.
• Proven ability to lead AI adoption initiatives and digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of legal, business research resources and databases.

Responsibilities

• Delivers legal and business research with minimal supervision using advanced platforms and AI tools.
• Selects effective research strategies and produces clear, actionable insights.
• Manages multiple research requests with deadlines and quality standards.
• Produces concise, well-organized deliverables and professional formats.
• Trains attorneys on research resources and responsible AI usage.
