Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state or single-state privileges.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred in service line.
• BLS certification required; telehealth licensing provisions noted.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust plans, and collaborate with care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and effective communication.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocol.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Float to designated units/sites to meet patient care needs.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate care and growth/development awareness.
