Job summary

FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) in El Paso, TX to support a DoD client. The REM will drive energy management programs, identify energy savings, and oversee design reviews for facilities maintenance, repair, and construction activities. A strong emphasis on planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination is required.

An active T1 CAC card investigation and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• A four-year engineering degree (preferably mechanical or electrical) with 5+ years in energy management.
• Env Science, business or related degree with 8+ years in energy management.
• Two-year technical degree with 10+ years in energy management.
• No college degree with 12+ years in energy management.

Overview Of Position

We are looking for an integral and hands on Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) role to be filled at El Paso, TX to support our military client. The REMs will assist the installation to achieve a robust energy management program through accomplishing actions/projects by adhering to energy laws, regulations, policies, directives and goals. The REMs will develop and assist with the implementation of actions/projects in support of facility maintenance, repair, and construction activities, including providing design review comments; project and program management support; identification of energy savings projects, construction coordination and oversight; and other support activities to ensure that energy efficiency measures and water conservation measures are incorporated into all actions. The REMs will support planning, development, execution and project/program analysis across multiple energy programs. The role will require promotion, education, and adoption of energy and water resources conservation and management activity assistance to optimize the use of utility resources.

An active T1 Investigation for a CAC card and a United States Citizenship is required to be considered for this position.

Qualified candidates will possess one of the following combinations of education and experience:

• A four-year engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering) and/or a registered Professional Engineer registration with a minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management.
• An Environmental Science, business or related degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in energy management.
• A two-year technical degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in energy management.
• No college degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in energy management.

Clearance

• T1 Investigation for a CAC card is required
• Must be a United States Citizen
• Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
