Job summary

National Pork Producers Council (NPPC) invites you to join a Spring and Summer 2027 Resource Development Internship. You will work with NPPC’s Resource Development team to strengthen relationships with key investors, producers, and industry partners, gaining hands-on experience in event planning, fundraising, and networking.

The internship offers spring part-time hours (January–May) with remote work options and in-office hours in Urbandale, Iowa, plus a full-time, hybrid-based schedule

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute events such as the PorkPAC Auction at the National Pork Industry Forum and World Pork Expo.
• Draft sponsorship letters and sponsorship packages to support NPPC campaigns.
• Support NPPC campaigns and events as needed.
• Expand professional skillset and industry network while contributing to advocacy efforts.
• Gain exposure to pork industry issues, organizational structures, and stakeholder relations.
