We’re Hiring: Resource Development Director

Fort Bend Women’s Center is looking for a passionate and experienced Resource Development Director to lead our fundraising and donor engagement efforts and help advance our mission of supporting survivors and strengthening our community.

This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, building relationships with donors and corporate partners, overseeing grants and major gifts, and leading fundraising events and resource development initiatives.

What You’ll Lead:

• Fundraising strategy and annual giving campaigns
• Major gifts, donor cultivation, and stewardship
• Grant development and foundation relationships
• Fundraising events and corporate sponsorships
• Community and corporate partnerships
• Development team leadership and collaboration
• Department budgeting, reporting, and donor analytics

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of fundraising, development, or related experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• Proven fundraising experience with major gifts, grants, and events
• Strong donor relationship, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with grant writing, corporate partnerships, and donor management systems
• Passion for nonprofit work and our mission
