Job summary

General Commission on Religion and Race (GCORR) on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC is seeking an Associate Specialist in Resource Development to craft educational resources and training programs. You will coordinate curricula for annual conferences, churches, and denominational entities, and work with GCORR staff and stakeholders to expand online training materials and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, adult learning or related field.
• Proven track record of curriculum development and resource development.
• Experience with intercultural competency, anti-racism, and education program design.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of educational and training resources (synchronous, asynchronous, webinars, etc.).
• Coordinate programs and supporting resources aligned with GCORR initiatives.
• Manage contracts, timelines, and deliverables for resource development.
• Collaborate with Program Team to plan and implement resource development and certificate programs.
• Evaluate resource effectiveness and inform future updates.
