Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work required; MSW preferred.
• Minnesota social work licensure in good standing (LSW/LGSW/LISW).
• 2–4 years of experience in case management, resource allocation, or EAP/mental health settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary greeter for employees visiting the EAP office with confidentiality.
• Manage department reception, handle inquiries, triage crisis walk-ins.
• Oversee scheduling, maintain confidential calendars, and intake flow for counselors.
