• Evaluates and develops application tools, databases, and structures; tests and implements solutions.
• Performs root cause analysis and develops hypotheses for improvement.
• Maintains data integrity, security, and access control; supports data enhancements.
• Develops and negotiates contract scopes and manages services.
• Creates metrics to analyze trends and improve efficiency.
• Forecasts and allocates resources across the unit.
• Supervises, selects, develops and trains staff.
