Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Waste & Recycling Operations team member to support the Resort’s behind‑the‑scenes sustainability and guest experience. You will collect, sort, transport, and process waste and recyclables, ensuring safe handling and proper disposal across the property.

You will operate route vehicles, assist with equipment maintenance, and collaborate with departments to deliver World Class service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Florida Driver License and a safe driving record.
• Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of insurance.
• CDL not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, transport, and process waste and recyclables around the Resort.
• Ensure waste streams are properly separated, handled, and disposed of safely.
• Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles per safety guidelines.
• Sort and load recyclable materials into designated containers and storage areas.
• Document activities accurately and communicate effectively with team members.
