Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa in Florida is seeking a Villas Engineer to keep the property safe, efficient, and well‑maintained. You will support the Engineering Department by delivering timely maintenance services, addressing guest needs with courtesy and engagement, and upholding the resort’s standards for quality and safety.

The role involves scheduling PMs, operating boiler and other systems, assisting with repairs, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and hotel rules.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years hotel and/or commercial building maintenance.
• One year of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment experience.
• Emergency response experience is required.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and guest-service oriented.

Aufgaben

• Schedule and complete equipment PMs.
• Operate and maintain boiler for hot water system.
• Operate and maintain other vessels for hot water kitchen steam and air conditioning systems.
• Assist mechanics and external contractors with repairs of hotel property and equipment.
• Repair and maintain commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Repair and maintain swimming pool and pool equipment.
• Completion of all assigned work orders and daily tasks.
• Receive direction for house calls via radio.
• Understand Omni fire alarm procedures and emergencies.
• Understand Omni Hotel rules and OSHA regulations.
