Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Resort Trolley Driver for Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort. This full-time seasonal role involves transporting resort guests safely and courteously, maintaining equipment, and upholding the company’s values and safety standards.

Applicants must be at least 21, hold a Tennessee CDL with Passenger Endorsement, and pass a pre-employment DOT drug and alcohol screen. Background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to drive all motor vehicles used in operations - trolley, shuttle van, and truck.
• Must have valid Tennessee CDL with Passenger Endorsement and proof of auto liability insurance.
• May be required to provide a copy of personal driving record from home state.
• Must have fewer than three traffic violations in the last three years.
• Must not have a DUI in the past 15 years and must pass a pre-employment DOT drug/alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and initiate friendly interaction.
• Provide guest excellence that exceeds expectations.
• Ensure Dollywood’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy is implemented.
• Transport guests safely and efficiently via trolley.
• Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of conveyance.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading, including ECVs, wheelchairs, and strollers.
