Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent education or experience.
• Four to five years of employment in a related position.
• Advanced knowledge of F&B management; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Food and Beverage outlets.
• Develop, forecast and manage annual budget, marketing plan, forecasts and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs/LSOPs and all regulations to deliver quality service.
• Market the Food and Beverage outlets; develop menus, promotions, and displays.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain sanitation and safety of F&B areas and equipment.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to enhance experiences and sales.
• Develop and implement menus and backup records to improve revenues and margins.
