Job summary

The Ridge Wellness Social Club at Trilogy® Bickford in Lincoln, California is hiring a full-time Server to provide prompt, courteous service in the restaurant, bar, and patio. You will greet guests, take orders, and collaborate with the kitchen and bartenders under the Food & Beverage Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 months' server experience preferred.
• Must meet state and federal minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Ability to understand and implement dining standards.
• Ability to perform basic math for discounts and sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
• Provide hospitality with knowledge of the resort and dining area; answer questions about the menu.
• Write orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve and clear items following service etiquette.
• Engage with guests to ensure needs are met and service is excellent.
• Work as a team under supervision of Lead Server or F&B Manager.
• Identify safety issues or customer concerns and report them.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
