Job summary

Trilogy® Bickford: The Ridge Wellness Social Club in Northern California is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve beverages and light food to guests at the bar, restaurant, or patio. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and help maintain a welcoming, high-standard service environment.

The role requires prior bartending experience, a current Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification, and the ability to handle cash and quick calculations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• One year experience bartending, in a resort facility preferred.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional hospitality.
• Greet and serve guests, take beverage orders, and make recommendations.
• Mix drinks, pour wine and beer, and fulfill food orders.
• Balance cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory; oversee events and banquets.
