Job summary
Op-Careers is hiring servers to create an excellent food and beverage experience for guests at our resort’s dining outlets. Staff may work at different locations across the property based on staffing needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
Responsibilities
- Complete opening side work as assigned.
- Ensure table and menu cleanliness and readiness.
- Attend pre-meal meeting on time and in full uniform.
- Explain and entertain diners with menu knowledge.
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Deliver menus and take accurate orders.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Present wine and menu specials to guests.
- Apply discounts and balance checks as needed.
- Reset tables promptly for next guests.
- Address guest concerns and escalate when necessary.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required.
