Olde Naples Hotel is seeking a courteous Server to join our team in Naples, FL. You will greet guests, provide attentive service, and maintain knowledge of menu items while adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional, friendly tone.
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following SOPs.
• Willing to work any day, including weekends and holidays.
• Complete opening side work to prepare for shift.
• Complete closing side work at end of shift.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Have full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Keep personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform and professional appearance.
• Be punctual when reporting to work and clock in only after being in full uniform.
• Maintain cleanliness of all dining and patio areas.
