Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Saddlebrook Resort in Florida is seeking a Security Patrol Officer to safeguard guests and associates. You will patrol interiors and exteriors, observe for hazards, and respond calmly to incidents.

The role requires at least two years of security or police experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of security or police experience.
• Two years of college in safety, security or hospitality.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of shifts on patrol, interior and perimeter, observing risks.
• Maintain order, assist with door lock issues and respond to emergencies calmly.
• Handle violations of hotel policy affecting guests, staff and property.
• Watch for suspicious activity and report via radio to on‑duty supervisor.
• Memorize life safety systems and respond to alarms as required.
