Pinehurst is seeking a Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure resort environment. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related security, law enforcement, emergency services, or military experience.

Hospitality or customer service background is preferred. You will perform patrols, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, conduct investigations, write detailed reports, manage access, and assist guests and staff while following safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with at least 1 year of security or law enforcement experience.
• Background in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive company vehicle per guidelines and maintain vehicle logs.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment.
• Respond to incidents/accidents on property and conduct investigations.
• Interview, gather and document statements in an investigation.
• Maintain daily shift logs, vehicle logs, and equipment inventory.
• Operate CCTV and alarm systems; control access to property.
• Conduct bag and package checks as directed; escort employees and guests.
• Handle lost and found items (logging, storing, releasing, shipping).
