Job summary

The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Security Officer to patrol interior and exterior areas, maintain order, and coordinate emergency responses. The role requires one year of hospitality/security experience and a Guard Card, with bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.

CPR/First Aid certification is included in duties. Applicants should be able to work under pressure, communicate effectively with guests and staff, and be detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• One year of hospitality and/or Security experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.
• BSIS Guard Card required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols of interior and exterior areas to identify risks.
• Maintain order and respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Answer security telephone and respond promptly to priority incidents.
• Monitor life safety systems and report pertinent information from each shift.
• Administer CPR and First Aid as needed.
