Job summary

Naples Grande Beach Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Sales Manager to grow local negotiated accounts and small group opportunities at the Naples property. You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Catering, and Operations to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total resort revenue.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field and 2–4 years of hotel or resort sales experience, with proven ability to prospect,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hotel or resort sales experience, with success managing local accounts and small groups.
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; strong communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned local negotiated accounts and small group business opportunities under 35 rooms peak.
• Prospect, solicit, and qualify new local business through outside sales calls, site inspections, networking, referrals, and digital leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to grow repeat business and uncover incremental opportunities.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Solicit and manage local corporate negotiated rate accounts to support transient room night production.
• Conduct account reviews, rate negotiations, and production analysis to maximize account value.
• Partner with Revenue Management to ensure negotiated rates are positioned appropriately based on demand.
• Maintain accurate account profiles, contact records, activities, and production data in the sales system.
• Perform site inspections and present customized proposals to match client objectives and budget.
