Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and current guests at our resorts, scheduling them for sales presentations and previews.

You will greet guests, present offers, and work with resort staff to qualify leads, arrange tours, and collect deposits. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to company standards while aiming to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Sales/marketing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a team environment in a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets and schedule tours.
• Screen and qualify customers according to company guidelines.
• Reserve sales tours and collect required deposits.
• Attend trainings and set performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
