Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• In-person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within resorts.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on guidelines and collect deposits for tours.
• Schedule sales-tour reservations and maintain performance goals.
