Hilton's Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for part-time shifts across flexible days, including weekends and holidays. The role offers a pay rate of $20.42 per hour (USD) with benefits typical of Hilton's hospitality team.

You will greet guests, drive retail sales, share product knowledge, process transactions at the POS, wrap orders, and help manage stock and inventory in a Forbes 4-Star setting on 40 acres of tropical gardens.

Qualifications

• Six months customer service experience required.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly service to enhance shopping experience.
• Drive retail sales through promotions and product recommendations.
• Be a product expert on merchandise, styling, and pricing.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS and handle payments.
• Package and fulfill orders for shipment.
• Monitor inventory and maintain stock levels.
