Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a Seasonal Reservations Sales Associate to deliver friendly, professional service while selling lodging, transportation, rentals, lift tickets, and other products in the Winter Park area. Your goal is to close sales and upsell to visiting vacationers.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone and email, updating reservations, and contributing to outbound sales campaigns. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum one season experience with mountain resort/travel industry systems and procedures
• Experience in Guest Services and basic sales techniques
• 18 years of age or older, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, responsive, and professional service to guests in selling all aspects of reservations (lodging, transportation, rentals, lessons, lift tickets, insurance)
• Provide information, answer questions, manage changes to itineraries, handle complaints, upsell products
• Participate in outbound sales campaigns and follow up on quotes and upsell opportunities
