Job summary
Winter Park Resort, operated by Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a Seasonal Guest Services/Reservations Associate in Winter Park, CO. You will sell lodging, transportation, rentals, lessons, lift tickets and other vacation products to visiting guests year-round, while delivering personal, professional service.
You will answer questions, manage changes, upsell opportunities, and participate in outbound sales campaigns to drive bookings.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one season experience with mountain resort, travel industry systems and Winter Park Vacation products desired.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
- Guest Services experience and basic sales techniques including needs determination, closing and upsell are encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal, responsive service selling reservations for lodging, transportation, rental equipment, lessons, lift tickets, trip insurance and more.
- Provide information, answer questions, manage itinerary changes, handle complaints and assist guests with activities and area information while aiming to close sales.
- Participate in outbound sales campaigns and follow up on quotes and upsell opportunities.
