Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Recreation Attendant for Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells. You will engage guests with recreation programs, assist with equipment and activities, and maintain safe, welcoming spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Energetic, guest-focused with a passion for resort activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage with guests, provide information on recreation programs, activities, and amenities.
• Assist guests with equipment, towels, and recreational supplies.
• Monitor pool and recreation areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Set up and tear down activity areas, games, and events.
• Oversee use of recreation equipment; ensure cleanliness, functionality, and proper storage after use.
• Maintain inventory of recreation supplies and replenish as needed.
• Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation.
• Communicate guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
