Dellshire Resort, opening in 2026 as part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, seeks a seasonal Recreation Attendant to help guests enjoy pool, recreation, and family entertainment while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

You will greet guests, assist with equipment and supplies, and support a welcoming, guest-centered experience in a dynamic pre-opening setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
On-the-job training provided.
Ability to work indoors, outdoors or around water.

Aufgaben

Greet and engage guests; provide information on recreation programs, activities, and amenities.
Assist guests with equipment, towels, and recreational supplies.
Monitor pool and recreation areas for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Set up and tear down activity areas, games, and events.
Oversee use of recreation equipment; ensure cleanliness, functionality, and proper storage after use.
Maintain inventory of recreation supplies and replenish as needed.
Clean recreation facilities; remove trash and soiled linens; follow safety protocols.
Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation.
Communicate guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
Assist with concessions as needed.
Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
