Job summary

IHM Outdoors is seeking a Ranger to support site set-ups for arriving and departing guests at Sun Outdoors Central Coast Wine Country. You will escort arrivals after hours, communicate issues to the Resort Manager, and monitor pools for unregistered guests.

You will lead RVs to sites, assist with site setup, inspect sites, report maintenance, and help guests with questions. This role requires flexible hours and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency, including email and internet.
• Flexibility to work events during non-business hours.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• General knowledge of janitorial, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to provide legible written reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead RVs to sites and locate them properly.
• Assist guests with site set‑up as needed.
• Check transient sites daily for departures.
• Remove trash from recently vacated sites.
• Check sites for issues and report maintenance to Resort Manager.
• Answer guest questions and handle complaints.
• Patrol the resort and assist guests for accessibility.
• Treat sites for fire ant infestation as needed.
• Inspect tie‑downs for cleanliness and wear.
• Oversee sales of sewer donuts and electrical adapters.
• Complete site measurements as requested.
• Deliver packages or one‑day mail to sites.
• Assist with coverage at the main gate.
• Routinely check pools for unregistered guests.
• Tag vehicles for removal at unrented sites.
• Follow safety procedures.
