Job summary

Pinehurst, LLC. is seeking a diligent Public Space attendant to maintain cleanliness across resort areas. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three months of related experience or an equivalent combination.

A valid driver’s license is needed for driving a company vehicle, with MVR checks per policy. Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, dining rooms, lounges, restrooms, and outdoor spaces; dusting, polishing, and stocking amenities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with at least 3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company or insured vehicle following all laws and safety policies.
• Clean all carpeted areas in lobbies, hallways, stairways and assigned areas using appropriate tools.
• Dust furniture, moldings, ledges, frames, and fixtures; wipe windows and mirrors as needed.
• Dust or wash floors and door frames; polish brass hardware on doors.
• Dust stair railings, sills, and hardwood floor sections.
• Clean ash urns, ashtrays, and restock amenities in all areas.
• Clean all bathrooms and resupply amenities.
• Clean outdoor areas and maintain outdoor furniture.
• Vacuum and dust dining room and lounge areas.
• Maintain pool restrooms and towel supply in season; organize pool furniture.
• Restock attendant carts at end of shift; assist with bed making and turn downs when requested.
