Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Public Area Attendant to clean and maintain all hotel public spaces and exterior areas, ensuring readiness to welcome guests. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to company policies.

Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work within a hotel or commercial setting is preferred. A minimum high school diploma or GED is required, and the position is typically full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience housekeeping, janitorial, or similar in a hotel or commercial environment.
• Experience cleaning in a customer focused environment.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all lobbies, public areas and public restrooms.
• Cleans walls and vacuums stairwells and hallways.
• Sweeps and mops floors of all entrances.
• Empties and cleans outdoor trash and ashtrays.
• Polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Remains mindful of overall cleanliness of lobby and guest areas.
• Assists Room Attendants and Laundry Attendant as necessary.
