Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Public Area Supervisor for Camelback Resort. You will lead the Housekeeping public areas team, overseeing indoor spaces like lobbies and restaurants as well as outdoor walkways and parking areas to ensure a spotless, welcoming guest environment.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate scheduling, train new staff, and uphold safety and quality standards across the resort exterior and interior spaces.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Resort Appearance operations across hotel and exterior spaces.
• Assign and prioritize cleaning tasks for team members.
• Lead and support team in cleaning indoor and outdoor public areas.
• Ensure lobbies, restaurants, restrooms, walkways, and entrances are clean and safe.
• Oversee exterior cleaning and power washing for resort presentation.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to staff in real time.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments.
