Job summary

Sky Resorts' Black Meadow Landing in Parker Dam, Arizona is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the team, set the daily priorities, and ensure every guest space meets high standards of cleanliness and organization.

You'll inspect rentals and common areas, train staff, manage inventory, and coordinate with management to address maintenance or supply needs, keeping guests safe and satisfied.

Qualifications

• 2 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality
• Some prior experience leading, training, or directing others
• Basic inventory/ordering experience is a plus but not required
• Basic computer skills to navigate booking and reservation platforms and track arrivals/departures

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule the housekeeping team weekly and set daily priorities
• Inspect rentals, restrooms, laundry areas, offices and common spaces to meet standards
• Replace and assist during high-volume days or turnovers
• Monitor inventory and proactively order linens, cleaning products and supplies
• Maintain organized supply room with smart par levels
• Enforce cleaning checklists and property standards
• Train and coach the team, providing daily direction
• Flag maintenance or supply issues to management
