Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Public Area Attendant in Mason, OH. This role focuses on cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the resort to meet guest and brand standards.

The position offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and seasonal options. Applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screen. The job involves lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods while delivering friendly guest service.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, dust, and clean public areas such as floors, carpets, restrooms, and elevators.
• Keep elevator areas clear of debris and maintain cleanliness of windows and doors.
• Empty waste receptacles and handle waste per safety directions.
• Read and follow material safety data sheets for all chemicals used.
• Report maintenance issues in public areas to the supervisor.
• Operate trash compactor and cardboard baler as needed.
• Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deliver items to guestrooms and assist with guestroom cleaning as needed.
