Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms impeccably clean and inviting. Responsibilities include making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, and handling lost-and-found items while maintaining a friendly, guest-focused presence.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms and guest areas: beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, restocking supplies.
• Maintains clean cart with supplies and reports maintenance issues.
• Documents and secures lost and found items; communicates with guests professionally.
• Conserves energy by adjusting room conditions and shutting off unoccupied spaces.
